If you encounter a SNU authority record:
     -- Make a printout of the series browse screen and mark it 
"SNU to SAE" and give to Jim
     -- Jim will modify the authority record to make it an SAE
     -- If there are only a few bib records, Jim will make the 
corrections
     -- If many bibs need to be converted, Jim will put printout 
into tray for future batch corrections

If you encounter SNUs in Innopac, but there is no authority record:
     -- Make a printout of the series browse screen and mark it 
"Establish series" and note on it that some or all of the bibs 
will need to be converted from SNU to SAE.  Give the printout 
AND THE ITEM to Jim
     -- Jim will establish the series (or in some cases make a 
"Reject as a series" record)
     -- If there are only a few bib records, Jim will make the 
corrections
     -- If many bibs need to be converted, Jim will put printout 
into tray for future batch corrections

To expedite processing and minimize the handling of stuff needing 
series, please complete your cataloging of the item so that Jim 
can send the item directly on to the Music Library or EV.
