The mission of the Copy Cataloging and Searching Unit is to process incoming materials accurately and efficiently. Copy searchers provide appropriate bibliographic records to monographs catalogers, CCSU catalogers prepare accurate and complete cataloging and authority work, and staff handling patron requests provide swift access to in-process items. Our goal is to accomodate the needs of our users (patrons, students, and staff) by providing prompt and reasonable access to our collections.
