Copy searchers sort, verify, and distribute books within 4 working
hours of receipt in the section.
04 CAT DATE. If a cat date is found, check the order record to determine if the book is an added copy, replacement, or duplicate. Send added copies or replacements to the DBM Added Copy truck. Give suspected duplicates to Roz.
05 MAT TYPE: Must be "m" for monograph. Bounce other mat types to Roz.
