In addition to following the Editing and Inputting Guidelines and the Technical Processing Notes, please add the following if specific language software or systems are required:

1. Message (“m” field group tag) in item record: Notify patron that this requires [specific software/operation systems] (e.g. Chinese Windows 95 or higher) which is available at the IR/PS Library
2. Label on jewel box on the top right corner: Requires [specific software/operation systems] (e.g. Chinese Windows or higher) which is available at the IR/PS Library
